Consultation Booking Terms

All consultation bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation via the “Legal Archive” digital portal.

Cancellations must be communicated no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in an administrative fee.

The firm reserves the right to refuse service or cancel consultations for any reason, including potential conflicts of interest.
Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hurghada.
